American Civil Engineering Company (ACE) provides planning, engineering, hydrology & hydraulic design, permitting, and site construction administration. The firm’s President, John Herbert III, PE, founded the company in 1990 alongside his partner, Thomas Skelton, PE. In 2022 Johnny Herbert IV, PE rejoined ACE as the third partner. The firm’s principles manage all projects to ensure top-level involvement during all process phases. They are registered in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and the Caribbean.
